Rock Creek

I will come out and say I unabashedly modified the hell out of the image to get it to where I wanted it. The light was flat and fading when I took the picture hanging over a bridge. I wanted the image of Rock Creek to pop more than what it was. So taking it into Nik’s ColorFX I went wild. Then did my traditional edits in Photoshop to get a bit more detail out of it and said done.

Once I am sufficiently rested and recovered from working 7 days straight and still battling strains of man flu I’ll do a series again. Until then I hope you enjoy the single images I am publishing.

    • Thanks. It was ISO 200 which allowed me to push it and really understanding how Sharpening works.

Your photo is great! I believe you bring out the beauty of the photo with your equipment but this looks like a piece of Rock Creak Park that brings back memories. It is on the desktop for Dad and I to enjoy!
