Getting Buggy

While I was out shooting I ran into these two. While the honey bee wasn’t that interested in a portrait the moth/butterfly thing was. So I gladly snapped them. I like to thank my macro lens for being 1:1. I also like to thank the various other bugs in the area, in particular the bees for being used to idiots with cameras shoving them into foliage and not stinging the crap out of me.

Enjoy

  1. Great images. Colourful and engaging. Hope you’re still up for the autumn feature in IWACA, these would look amazing. 🙂

  2. Love the cute photos. Choose the moth for desktop photo. She seemed to like having her picture taken. Used to love the Luna Moth in WV. She is very large moth and only out at night. Have lots of butterflies in FL but no Luna Moth or any moths have I seen. I am glad the bee was tolerant of the photographer. Fun pictures. We enjoyed.
