Red Tulip Loco

The plan was to spend quality time with the Fuji X100S this week.  I like to switch up camera systems just because I can.  Sadly the weather hasn’t agreed with that agenda.  Where I live has been pounded by rain for the past 3 days so when it was sunny out I took the opportunity to run out and shoot.  I would see these tulips as I drove into work and I figured with the crap weather and everyone tired of tattoos I might as well throw some over the top color up.

Enjoy

PS – If you want to back a worthy Kick Starter project, Dave over at ShootTokyo.com is publishing a book.  He doesn’t know me at all but I really like his work.  So if you have some spare money laying around and would like to help a worthy photography give him some backing.  Maybe one day I’ll do my own book.

PPS – For those of you not in the know loco means crazy in Spanish.  I could have went with the Thai word bah (say it like the sheep noise) but to type ??? would be lost on most people.

  1. Thank you for the pretty tulips. We both think they are great! We can not grow tulips here and we miss them. Had the dandelion photo on the computer and some thought I lost my mind putting them as my background but I thought the shot was very nice. I believe the photographer presented their best side well. We will enjoy our tulips now until another Spring beauty comes our way.
