Orange Crush

Nod to R.E.M and points to you if you get the reference.  Cleaning out the macro stuff before moving on to the next round of photos that have sat untouched waiting to be edited.  I have a lot of them!  Using my vast botanical knowledge, this is a orange flower with black spots on the petals with some puffy bits on the stems.  I really missed my calling as a botanist.  Like all images recently, shot on the lovely Olympus 60mm macro.

  1. What a lovely flower! Every detail of this flower is so presented in this picture. The photographer is really capturing the beauty of nature and I do enjoy it.
