Orange Crush

Nod to R.E.M and points to you if you get the reference.  Cleaning out the macro stuff before moving on to the next round of photos that have sat untouched waiting to be edited.  I have a lot of them!  Using my vast botanical knowledge, this is a orange flower with black spots on the petals with some puffy bits on the stems.  I really missed my calling as a botanist.  Like all images recently, shot on the lovely Olympus 60mm macro.

    • I saw your image this morning I believe. I still like my naming conventions. Bringing easy botany to the masses!
